The Art of Brows, Redefined

Policies

Deposits:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your service but is subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will be forfeited if you are late, do not show up, or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. If you fail to arrive or notify us within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit lost. Please be punctual.

No Guests Policy:

To ensure a focused and precise procedure, please do not bring guests, including children, spouses, friends, or pets, to your appointment. COVID Update: Only the client is permitted in the treatment room.

Payment Methods:

We prefer payments via Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Credit cards are accepted but a convenience fee will apply.

Touch-Ups:

The first touch-up session, crucial for perfecting your brows, should be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks after your initial session. Clients with oily or problematic skin, darker pigmented skin, or those who do not adhere to aftercare instructions may require additional touch-ups.

Future Touch-Ups for Returning Clients:

Returning clients will receive priority scheduling for touch-ups. If you need a touch-up, please contact us at autumnlabriola@yahoo.com or call/text 253-223-4184.

Existing Brow Tattoos:

If you have existing eyebrow tattoos or work done by other artists, please email clear photos of your brows to ilovebrows@juno.com for approval before booking your appointment.

Gratuities:

While not required, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Alternatively, leaving a review on Google or Yelp is a wonderful way to show your support.

Important Note for All Microblading Clients:

Microblading is a multi-step process, and results vary per individual. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Some clients may need additional sessions (at an extra cost) to achieve their desired results. Successful healing and optimal results depend critically on following all Pre & Post Care Instructions. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment, leading to suboptimal results.
